Bandon Advisors was founded in 2014 to provide consulting, strategic advisory and executive search services to firms across the global capital markets ecosystem.

About Bandon Advisors

Our Founder

Eric Einfalt has over 25 years of experience in capital markets, including leadership roles within proprietary trading / HFT firms, fintech firms and banks. He recently served as Chief Strategy Officer at Eventus, and prior to that spent 13 years as a Partner at two different Chicago-based global proprietary trading / HFT firms, XR Trading and Sun Trading.

Eric got his start in the business as a CPA at PwC before being hired by Merrill Lynch to build out their HFT client division.

Eric completed his undergraduate studies at Indiana University and went on to earn an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Eric is a United States Army veteran, having served in the Middle East during Operation Desert Storm. He was promoted while in theater of combat and was selected by his unit commander to receive the Army Achievement Medal for exemplary service.

Eric is also a proud husband, father of three and an avid golfer.
